“I had been unhappy with my initial editor and was a bit wary going forward. But Alexa’s skills as an editor, with both developmental and copy editing, exceeded my expectations. She is thorough and meticulous, but also warm and encouraging, and generous with advice outside of the editing purview. I was so pleased with the result that I hired Alexa to edit my next two books in the series and recommended her to two fellow authors who subsequently hired her as well. I should add that Luna Imprints stays in line with standard rates for editing and proofreading, but provides (in my opinion) superior services, and offers great little perks such as online Zoom meetings to follow up with any questions or clarifications. I greatly appreciate the fact that Alexa is respectful of me as an author, always acknowledging that it is not her book, it is mine, and changes are ultimately up to me.
